Il justifie son accusation de piratage : Nacon aurait acheté une version sans DRM chez le revendeur agréé Gamesplanet, il l’aurait ensuite modifiée en remplaçant le logo de la boutique par le sien et en supprimant une publicité pour Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One.
